  • Odia Natya Samaroha from 4th to 8th April,2015 :-

    The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. of Culture, Govt. of Odisha in collaboration Abhiyan, Jagdalpur, Chhatishgarh was organised Odia Natya Samaroha at Maitri Sangha Auditorium, Jagdalpur from 4th to 8th April,2015. Five eminent theatre groups from Odisha were staged their plays in Odia language. Their plays were on 04.04.2015 - Sampark - Sampark, Rourkela, 05.04.2015 - Maa - Arohan, Bhubaneswar, 06.04.2015 - Mantrinka Hatahata - Parampara, Bhubaneswar, 07.04.2015 - Ghaa - Abarnigunda, Baragarh and 08.04.2015 - Ghinua - Canmas, Jagatsinghpur.

  • Theatre Workshop (production oriented) from 3rd to 22nd April,2015 at Koraput :-

    The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. of Culture, in association with District Council of Culture, Koraput and Koraput Cultural Society, Koraput, was organised (Production Oriented) Theatre Workshop from 3rd to 22nd April,2015 at Koraput, where 20 nos. of young theatre loving students were selected to get the training at Koraput.

  • Zonal Theatre Theatre Festival from 24th to 26th April,2015 at Koraput.

    The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. Culture, Govt. of Odisha was organised Zonal Theatre Festival from 26th to 27th April,2015 in association with District Council of Culture, Koraput and Koraput Cultural Society, Koraput, The districts of Nabarangpur - (script -“Haremurari”) Sunabeda (Koraput) script - “You are under arrest”) and Bhawanipatna (Kalahandi) were staged their plays in the Zone.

  • “World Dance Day” on 29th April -2015 :-

    The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi, Bhubaneswar under the aegis of Deptt. of Culture, Govt. of Odisha was organised the “World Dance Day” on 29th April,2015 at 6.30 P.M at Bhanja Kala Mandap, Bhubaneswar. This function was innaugurated by Sri Ashok Chandra Panda, Hon’ble Minister, Tourism & Culture, Odisha, Sri Sushil kumar Das, O.A.S (SAG), Director & Addl. Secretary to Govt., Deptt. of Culture, Govt. of Odisha and Secretary, Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi, Bhubaneswar. In this connection the cultural programmes presented by * Odissi dance - Nupur, Bhubaneswar, * Gotipua dance - Dasabhuja Gotipua Odissi Dance Parishad, Puri, * Chhow dance - Mayur Art Centre, Bhubaneswar, * Singhari dance - Prativa, Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi and * Sambalpuri dance - Bajania, Sambalpur.

  • Zonal Theatre Theatre Festival from 4th to 7th May,2015 at Balasore:-

    The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. Culture, Govt. of Odisha in association with District Council of Culture, Balasore organised Zonal Theatre Festival from 4th to 7th May,2015 at Gandhi Smruti Bhawan, Balasore. The selected theatre troupes from the districts like Bhadrak, Balasore, Jajpur and Mayurbhanj had been presesented their plays on the respective dates.

  • State level Prativa Anweshan “Chief Minister’s Trophy” 2014-15 on 1st May, 2015:-

    The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. of Culture, Odisha was organised Chief Minister’s Trophy at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar. The winners awarded by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Odisha. Inauguration of the ceremony by lighting the lamp by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Odisha. Sri Ashok Chandra Panda, Hon’ble Minister Tourism & Culture, Odisha, Dr. Pradeep Kumar Panigrahi, Hon’ble Minister, Higher Education, Science & Technology, Odisha. Dr. Arabinda Kumar Padhee, I.A.S, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Department of Tourism & Culture, Odisha, Sri Sushil Kumar Das, O.A.S(SAG), Director & Addl. Secretary, to Govt., Department of Culture, Odisha were preseted in this function as the Hon’ble Guest.

  • 1st Grishma Utsav on 24th & 25th May,2015 at Titlagarh, Bolangir :-

    The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. of Culture in association with District Council of Culture, Bolangir was organised Grishma Utsav, a celebration of the summer through Literature, Paintings, Music and Dance on 24th & 25th May,2015 at Govt. Boy’s High School Premises, Titilagarh. The festival showcases the rich cultural heritage and tradition of our music & dance. Sri Ashok Chandra Panda, Hon’ble Minister Tourism & Culture, Odisha as Chief Guest and Sri Narasingh Mishra, estimeed guest of against party, Odisha as esteemed guest and M.L.As & other dignitaries were presented as estimeed guest in the festival. In this connection on 24.05.2015 (1) Nachania Dance, Shankar Behera, Luisinga, Bolangir, 2) Chhau Dance, Sadasiv Pradhan, Bhubaneswar, 3) Kalanga Danda, Binod Pradhan, Bolangir, 4) Ghumura Dance, Akshaya Das, Keshinga, Kalahandi, 5) Light Music by Pankaj Jal, Titlagarh, 6) Ghuduka Dance, Krushna Priya Kala Parishad,Tushura, Bolangir and on 15.05.2015 7)Odissi Dance,Nupur, Bhubaneswar,8)Ghoda Nacha, Ucchab Ch. Das,Chaudwar,Cuttack, 9) Sambalpuri Dance, Sriram Luhar, Samblpr, 10) Dhap Nach, Bhagaban Sahu, Padmapur, 11) Gotipua Dance, Odisha Dance Akademi, Bhubaneswar 12) Bajania Dance, Ektara Kala Kendra, Titilagarh, Bolangir were presented their dance and music.

  • Shishu Natak Utsav from 27th to 30th May,2015 at Jatni.

    The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. of Culture, Govt. of Odisha in association with Divine Sanskrutik Anusthan, Jatni was organised Shishu Natak Utsav from 27th to 30th May,2015 at Uttarayani Club auditorium Jatani, Khurdha. This function was innaugurated by Sri Bhagirathi Badajena, Hon’ble M.L.A, Jatni, Dr. prasanna Pattasani, Honble M.P., Bhubaneswar, Sri Asim Basu, Eminent Playwright, Bhubaneswar and Secretary, Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi, Bhubaneswar. In this connection eight good Shishu Natak groups from different parts of Odisha and outside the state were presented their plays. They were ‘Ila Didi’ - Amta Parichay, Kolkata, ‘Swargare Abhaba’ - Divine, Jatni, ‘Kancha Maet’ - Mirror Theatre, Belpahar, ‘Chandra Rava’ - Satabdira Kalakar, Bhubaneswar, ‘Ichha Thile Upaya Ape Ape Ase’ - purushottam Kala Kendra, Nawarangpur, ‘Mukti Salita’ - Charlie Chaplin Cultural Club, Dhenkanal, Surya Namaskar - Natya Chetana, Bhubaneswar.

  • Theatre Workshop (production oriented) from 17th May to 5th June,2015 at Dhenkanal :-

    The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi under the aegis of Deptt. of Culture in association with District Council of Culture and Charlie Chaplin Cultural Club, Dhenkanal was organised “Production Oriented Theatre Workshop” from 17th May to 6th June,2015, where 20 nos. of young theatre loving students had been trained in the workshop at Dhenkanal.

  • “World Music Day & Navodit (Naba Prativa)” Utsav from 21st to 23rd June,2015 at Bhanja Kala Mandap, Bhubaneswar :

    The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi, Bhubaneswar under the aegis of Deptt. of Culture, Govt. of Odisha in collaboration with Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre, Kolkata was organised the “World Music Day & Navoprativa (Naba Prativa)” Utsav from 21st to 23rd June,2015 at Bhanja Kala Mandap, Bhubaneswar. This function was innaugurated by Sri Ashok Chandra Panda, Hon’ble Minister, Tourism & Culture, Odisha, Sri Ranjit Mohanty, O.A.S (SAG), Director, Deptt. of Culture, Govt. of Odisha, Dr. Om Prakash Bharti, Dirictor, Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre, Kolkata and Sri Ramhari Das, Vice-President, Sri Dhirendranath Mallick, Secretary, Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi, Bhubaneswar. In this connection the cultural programmes presented by * Odissi dance - Nupur, Bhubaneswar, * Gotipua dance - Dasabhuja Gotipua Odissi Dance Parishad, Puri, * Chhow dance - Mayur Art Centre, Bhubaneswar, * Singhari dance - Prativa, Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi and * Sambalpuri dance - Bajania, Sambalpur.
